Deathcore quartet, Hate Within, just announced the upcoming release of their debut album, Tomb Of The Tormentor. The extreme metal act brought in an impressive lineup of features on the album, including vocalist Ben Duer (Shadow of Intent) and Opera-soprano singer Veronica Bordacchini (Fleshgod Apocalypse).

The 8-track album will be officially released on all platforms on May 14th, 2025. We had the pleasure of listening to the LP early and can confirm that Hate Within showcases an impressive and exciting display of intensely brutal metal. Hate Within takes a brutal and extreme deathcore sound full of inhuman vocals, slamming riffs, and blast beats and masterfully blends it with orchestral and symphonic instrumentals to create a sound that is an attractive mix of melody and destruction.

Theatrical instruments demonstrate the band's technical abilities as soaring guitar solos and bright harmonies are contrasted by explosive breakdowns with snarling vocals and chunky, down-tempo guitar onslaughts. With a sound that draws from deathcore greats like Lorna Shore, Shadow of Intent, and Mental Cruelty, Hate Within strikes a balance between a nostalgic, classic deathcore sound and the intricacies of modern metal and crystal-clear production.
